I bought this scanner new many years ago. For the last few years, this scanner has done nothing but sit on my shelf as the county I live in has gone apco-25 digital and this scanner cannot decode the digital signal. This scanner would be great in an area that doesn't have digital, this has been one of my favorite scanners in my collection. It is in excellent shape with normal wear and tear. It comes with everything including the original box. At this time I cannot find the manual so it will not be included not unless I find it before the scanner is sold.
